Windgreen Properties is a family-owned business that has a wealth of knowledge in the property sector. While specialising in HMO management, the founders also have experience in other fields such as surveying and engineering, commercial management and property finance.

What sets us apart from the rest is that we will take care of your property as if it's our own. We have properties ourselves and understand the stresses of managing them on top of finding the right tenants to ensure rental voids are kept to a minimum; this can easily become a full-time job and is one we are here to do so that you don't have to.

WHY we started
We are landlords ourselves and know the level of service we would want from a management company however, this has not always been easy to find. We wanted someone who was honest and trustworthy, would fill the property and keep the tenants happy as well as maintain our property to the high standard we would let it in. This is why we are passionate about what we do because we want to provide this service to other landlords because it is achievable. We can provide certainty to our landlords and is why we can offer guaranteed rent regardless of the occupancy; we treat each and every property as if it's our own and as if it's our family occupying them.

Emma and Ollie come from professional backgrounds; Emma is a Quantity Surveyor and Ollie is a Mechanical Engineer. Between them, they have over 10 years of experience in the property sector and are landlords themselves.
