We take care of your property.
As we want the rooms to be filled quickly, we will ensure your property is maintained and kept in excellent condition as this enables us to maximise occupancy and attract professional tenants. This service includes fortnightly cleaning of the communal areas and an initial refurbishment of the property if needed.
Our main purpose is to improve the living experience for our tenants while providing a stress fee service for our Landlord. This means we provide fully furnished rooms for tenants with all bills included, such as council tax, utilities and fast speed internet. We utilise our cleaning teams for each property to ensure every care is taken to keep the property in an immaculate condition.
